To provide a platform for networking among investigators of Chinese descent in nutrition, health and related fields of interest;

To promote scientific exchange with Chinese investigators, particularly those in China, in nutrition, health and related fields of interest; 

To facilitate graduate education and training of Chinese scientists in nutrition, health and related fields of interest;

To support the dissemination and application of nutrition science to improve public health and clinical practice in the Chinese community;

To promote and facilitate collaboration with the nutrition and food industry; advocate for nutrition research and its application to the development and implementation of policies and practices related to nutrition in the Chinese community.
